Singer Bill Kaulitz, ten days after his vocalcord surgery is finally allowed to speak again!

Manager and producer David Jost says: "Bill speech-ban is over, but for now he can still only speak very little, very carefully and very softly. Bill can still not make phonecalls. "

He has formulated his first words! Jost to Bild: "The first thing Bill said, was a quiet but very clear" Ah ", and then he carefully counted to three."

Despite good progress, the 18-year-old, however, ha sto completely re-learn how to speak, he must get used to it step by step..

His manager says, "Bill can now not talk for longer than two or three minutes."

we’re seeing the first photo of rockstar Bill Kaulitz (18) after his operation on his vocal chords he had 16 days ago. the singer of the successful band Tokio Hotel is being escorted to his limousine from his Hamburg flat by two bodyguards. afterward, his driver is taking him to Berlin.

“right now, Bill is driving back and fro between Hamburg and his new flat in Berlin”, says producer and manager David Jost. and the fans can finally breathe again: the voice will be back!

Jost: “the voice rehab is running according to plan. after Bill has been only doing speaking-training for the past couple of days, he’s been humming his first tunes today.”

when is Bill gonna be back on stage?

David Jost: “on may 3rd, Bill is going to sing his first concert after the operation at a festival in New York.” a lot of big stuff is happening for Tokio Hotel in america right now.

the band’s english version of „Übers Ende der Welt“ („Ready set go“) has been the most played video on the biggest music channel MTV and the album “Scream” just entered the canadian Top10 charts.

David Jost: “Bill cannot wait to finally go back on stage. he’s never had such a long break from singing before- he’s absolutely antsy because he’s so impatient already.”

Dear all

First of all I want to thank our fans for all the “get well” wishes, comments and presents
you sent me. It was unbelievable and I could easily open up a pharmacy now :-)
Your support really helped me a lot during the last couple of weeks. Thank you - you guys really rock!
Tom is with me and there for me 24/7. Georg and Gustav are coming by on a regular basis to visit me which is great… Luckily I survived the worst part already! The surgery went well and “the ten day ban of speaking” is over! That was torture - you have to imagine not to say a single word and not even laugh for ten days!!! Now my vocal rehabilitation starts - but I don’t want to complain! I’m just really happy that the surgery went sooo… well and I’m so glad that I’ll be able to return on stage soon to play al lthe upcoming summer festivals.
