| Pallavi, I don't think they based Arthur on Bill cos Arthur und the minimoys was a dub of a French movie which was produced like, a year before the German dub. I think it's more likely Bill just knows how to act like Arthur (and it's a coincidence he looks like him cos of the hair) I'm pretty sure it wasn't written for him though. I mean, the English dub came out before the German dub was made (I saw the English version first and then the German version). I'm sure in the interview for the movie Bill said it was coincidental that he resembled Arthur. It's an ok movie, I mean I've seen better cartoon movies but of course Bill lightened this one up...his sexy voice  | |
